Describe what the balanced culture will look like in america

Describe what the balanced culture will look like in america

Background to the assignment: At the beginning of the Medieval Age,there was a synthesis of three different cultures within Western culture. There was the classical culture, Christian culture, and pagan culture. Each made adjustments as they interacted and came together, and over hundreds of years, they finally settled into a balanced Western culture for a time period.

Description of the assignment: In America today, there is a synthesis of different cultures as well. There is the secular culture, Christian culture, and other religious cultures.

In a logical discussion, describe what the balanced culture will look like in America when it finally settles. Explain in an orderly manner why you came to these conclusions. This assignment requires an opinion; you must clarify your position. If you include sources, cite them in current APA format. This assignment must be 250-300 words and must include the word count in parentheses. Submit a draft of your Learning Activity to SafeAssign for feedback a few days before the assignment is due.

The Balanced Culture in America

In present-day America, a varied cultural environment is shaped by the interaction of Christian, secular, and other religious cultures. As these cultures keep interacting, it is anticipated that America will ultimately achieve a cohesive culture that promotes diversity while safeguarding respect for individual belief systems. This balanced culture will potentially illustrate a society where secular and religious values harmonize, cultivating inclusivity and mutual respect (Triandafyllidou & Magazzini, 2021).

A balanced American culture will enhance the security of the freedom of religion while maintaining secular values like the rights of the people and upholding equality. The secular culture whose focus is separating the state and the church, will ensure that there is no single religion that dominates public affairs through its continuous influence on government policy and public life (Brummett, 2021).  Religious cultures will at the same time look to retain their influences on the public and individual life through their guidance on morals and embracing of a sense of community(Roy et al, 2020).

Christian culture, which is one of the most influential religions in America will possibly continue playing its significant duty in building social norms and shaping moral values. However, with the diversity that is increasingly unveiled in  America,  other religious cultures continuously contribute to the national conversation, providing alternative ideas on important issues like family values, ethics, and social justice (Johnson et al, 2022). This exchange of culture and practices will lead to greater tolerance and understanding between religious groups.

The balanced culture will ultimately build emphasis on pluralism, making sure that all cultures including religious and secular are given equal treatment with respect and dignity. This will create a society where people can freely practice their beliefs while working together to promote shared values like justice, liberty, and equality (Younas et al, 2023).

Qualitative Research Designs and Methods

Qualitative Research Designs and Methods

For this Discussion, be sure to review the qualitative article by Sarvestani et al. (2015)You will need to prepare and post a 250- to 300-word response that addresses the following:

Qualitative research often is viewed as not having the same rigor and adherence to objective standards as quantitative studies. Using the references provided to assist you, prepare an argument to either support or refute this claim and post it to the Discussion. In your response, explain if qualitative research does or does not have the controls needed to generate the results that contribute to the nursing knowledge base. Then, explain if qualitative research could be used to investigate the patient safety problem you identified in Week 1.
