Instruction for the student

This is an individual assessment. You are required to demonstrate skills and knowledge required to monitor and review operational/performance.

Procedure

In response to a simulated business scenario and using work completed in Assessment Task 1, you will develop, monitor and review performance System analyze performance, identify areas of underperformance, take prompt remedial EMI and report on operational performance.

In accordance with contingency planning developed in Assessment Task 1, you will take prompt action to adders, employee Underperformance. In a role-play, you will coach the employee in accordance such performance management systems.

You will then prepare and present a management report describing the performance system, performance result and recommendations for changes to operational plans, Also you will negotiate changes to operation Plant and gain approval for recommendations from the Operations General Manager (your assessor)

3 Prepare a plan for monitoring performance from the start of implementation to the end of the financial year. You may use the action plan template (provided in Appendix 2) or create your own plan. Ensure you include plans for monitoring and/or documenting
a. budgetary and financial performance
b. productivity performance
c. employee performance in line with performance management policy
d. milestone achievement and performance against targets
e. dates for monitoring stream in line with scenario
f. resources for monitoring
g. progress reporting at the end of each quarter to the Operations General Manager
h. regular performance management of coring staff and lodgment of records with the HR Manager

4. Identify areas of employee underperformance, determine possible remedial actions and prepare to performance manage underperforming employees Refer to, follow, or adapt existing contingency plan for underperforming employees (developed in Assessment Task 1).

5 Follow your contingency plan and the BBQfun performance management policy to coach and performance manage an underperforming employee Arrange with your team member to role-Play the coaching session You may wish to use the performance management Man template and coaching plan template (provided in Appendices 3 and 4 of this task) to prepare for the coaching session Make sure you begin a coaching session with an explanation of your roe as a coach in supporting the employee to meet BBQfun’s organisational goals.

6. Analyse operational performance as described in scenario, and produces an Operational plan status rend based on the information provided in Appendix 1. You may wish to use the operational Status Roped template (provided in Appendix 5). You will also need to include in your report.

Scenario task

You will need to plan monitoring activities for ongoing customer service activities, website maintenance, and revenue generation over the financial year from the start of implementation.

Introduction
In todays computational world were human jobs are being made automated we have to look at how humans and machines can interact with each other, as humans cant talk in a series of ones and zeros and machines cant offer a level of social interaction the average cashier offers, I have had to look at finding a “happy Medium” where a machine in this case a computer can carry out a specific task such as being a librarian and helping a user find the relevant book while still being able to make small talk or converse in the same way a human would. For this to work I have decided to create a different kind of chat bot that can offer the user both.
Throughout this document the whole process will be documented, it will also take a close look at the history of the technology used and where it came from in the Literature Review chapter.
I will also attempt to answer the question posed in the hypothesis to find out if a NAI can give a user a smooth experience.

In the 21st century, being not just bilingual but multi-lingual is an essential core scale for everyone that wants to be a real player in the world. The current modern English language been appear less than 400 years, but it had become the global language in the world. This is actually a good thing, because it help our world communication smaller and people soon be able to travel to most place in the world just by the ability to speak English language. Before English become the globalization language, communication between countries was a bit difficult. However, Englsih had become the common use in communication across the countries. In this essay, I will make an analysis of how English language had became the world international language.
Today, English has known as the global language around the world. English had become the second language in most countries. Back the day when I was still in China, which is nearly 10 years ago, English had became pretty common use and lots of people started studies English as their second language. Additionally, in now days, English is also a common language that uses in many important fields. Such as business and scientist are the two most important major fields that required English language involve. For example, it is a really simple logic, if you want to buy some stuff , you can speak your own language, if you want to sell your stuff, you need to speak the language of the person who buying it. Because if you can not speak to the buyer language, it is not convince for the buyer and who does speak the buyer language. Here is the situation we are well known that united States had the best economic throughout the world. Therefore, more and more people around the world would start studies English, especially business people, in hope of cooperate with the America economic to make better profit.
English language had became the international was not a bad thing at all. As English become the global language, soon everybody would able to travel around the world, in any countries only use English for communicate. As result, many companies around the world had started to take advanced of this issue by providing instruction or information label in both the native language and the international Language (English) for their products. People could easily notice this by purchase items online from different countries or buying food products in an Asian super market. This actually is a good sign of showing people on earth would be able to access to the global language, and able to use it anywhere.
As English had became more popular and turned our world into a smaller community. As result, today more people are speak English as the second language than the first language. Additionally, English is spooking by more people in Southeast Asia than the U.S and UK combined. This point out the issue of more people are learning the English language than those who speak it well. According to the British council in the world right now, “One-third of the book are published in English, two-third of scientists read in English, and 80% of the electronic communication is done in English”. Nevertheless, English language is not only popular in educational system, it also became more popular in social media such as Facebook, Youtube, etc. For example, Facebook had invented a translate system for a better communication between user’s on internet. The system will help user to translate other people status from any language directly into English. On the other side, Youtuber also now included English sub-title more easier for people to watch video clip of a different language. With all this useful function on social media shows how powerful English language had become in today modern days and why English is a requirement language for some majors. This is also a great thing, because Global Language help to miniature our world communication.
In conclusion, English language is been around less than 400 years, but however it had become our modern days international language which in use to communicate across the countries. By the popularity of English, it actually miniature our society communication and also spread out the education. Lastly, English had become the common language across the world and the amount of people who speak English is higher than the actual English speaker in America. Therefore soon English could become a tool that would help people travel around the world.

The main goal that countless have toward promoting globalization is to enhance trade across the geographical boundaries, improve their economic performance, and make the world a small place through efficient communication and sharing of information across the globe in matter of seconds or in real-time context (Pandey, Barik & Soni, 2015). The main foundation on which this globalization process has been built is the vast internet network and developed online platforms on which various crucial globalization elements are processed and completed. For instance, money transfer can take place in less than a minute across thousands of miles to pay for goods purchased in those areas for delivery. This development and promotion of the internet has eased most part of the people’s lives, including their shopping habits. Currently, most people can buy, and prefer buying goods at the comfort of the homes through the internet. Due to the various factors that the online shopping aspects have changed in the retail industry, most people are switching to online shopping and abandoning the shopping malls and retail property. This shift has negatively impacted to the retail malls and property leading to their demise (FRPT, 2014). In this paper, the focus will be on provision of an insight into the various major factors that are making people to increasingly prefer online shopping to visiting the retail malls and property to purchase their desired products and services.
While shopping for goods and services, every customer will search for the best access and convenience in the display or provision of these goods. Additionally, the world is highly price transparent, meaning that customers can use internet to easily and swiftly relate prices displayed in the online platforms. Using such websites as Shopbot and Static Ice, they can aggregate various retailers’ pricing and display in a sorted manner by price. From the comparison, the customer can choose the best price that suits or matches the quality of their desired product at a glance without any tiring efforts (Pandey, Barik & Soni, 2015). Moreover, the multinational retailers have been provided with a greater advantage of lower occupancy and labor costs thus have the capacity or room to offer their products cheaply online. Since the retail malls and property lack such services, the consumer has to visit several of them to compare prices; an activity that is time consuming and expensive (Hudson & O’Connell, 2009). Therefore, these consumers will find online shopping easily affordable and accessible in addition to being convenience. Therefore, more people move from shopping in the malls to shopping online, leading to collapse of these retail properties.
Various online retail sites such as Amazon have been established due to globalization. On these retail sites, there are no physical constraints preventing the retailers from placing their products on display and a wide range of goods can be displayed on a single page. A customer can view hundreds of thousands of goods available for them to buy on the internet within a few minutes and compare them against their substitutes and other related products at ease. The malls and other retail property cannot afford to get adequate space to have such a wide array of goods, which could possibly occupy more than the size of five football fields combined together. Also, the online retailers do not incur the costs of that these retailers get for keeping the goods on shelves and only get to pay postage and warehousing costs (Hudson & O’Connell, 2009). As an example, Amazon incurs only operational expenses to sales ratio half that of its in-store peer average (Barnes, 2005). Therefore, both the retailers in the industry and the consumers are shifting to online platform for business and closing down their malls to rent warehouses for storage.
The need for a customer to get the easiest access and convenience while shopping for their desired products, the whole experience highly influences their preference. Also, Both the retailers and consumers cite convenience as one of the significant reasons for shifting to online shopping and selling (Hudson & O’Connell, 2009). The retailers and consumers can do all their research on what products are demanded and offered, with their specifications and prices, order them and have them delivered to the consumers’ doorsteps without having to incur travelling costs (Barnes, 2005). All transactions are done over the mobile devices with internet connections or computers. The shopping malls thus get less visits thus very little sales written. Also, due to the availability of the capacity for the online retailers to economize on scale, they are able to offer their products to the customers at a cheaper price compared to retail mall sellers. This price relieve adds another advantage to the shopping experience.
Due to the developed technology, the online platform can comfortable accommodate the ever-increasing number of shoppers as opposed to malls that have very little capacity to grow. Moreover, as the queues at the malls increase, inconveniencing the shoppers, the internet is being made stronger to have more shoppers acquire goods simultaneously. Additionally, all the efforts are being made to develop the internet to have simultaneous transactions in a single system at the same time without causing delay or failure to the system (Hudson & O’Connell, 2009). Also, the mobile gadgets and the tablets or computers that the customers use to shop online have been enhanced to greater speeds of internet surfing thus easy to use the internet to shop online (Pandey, Barik & Soni, 2015).
From the above analysis, it is clear that online shopping is being preferred as a means to buy goods over retail malls due to the favorable price, a vast range of goods and services available, shopping experience convenience, and infrastructural capacity to support online shopping. From these factors, we can conclude without reasonable doubt that the retail malls are bound to entirely collapse in the near as they are already dying off slowly.
