Tourism system
For this assignment you will first need to select a destination no more than a 1.5 hour drive from your current location. This should be a town, or perhaps a small
region. A region could be a smaller area like a “tri-city” area, but should be no larger than a county.
Your assignment is to describe the tourism system in the chosen area in your own words. Specific quotes or the use of existing descriptions are not acceptable. This
assignment should be presented as a Microsoft Word document (double space, New Times Roman, 12-point, font). The body of this paper should be approximately 4 pages
(excluding photos, title page, and reference list). Citations should be used in the text of the paper using APA format. You are not required to follow the outline
exactly as presented below, since there may be some overlap in ideas, but your paper should describe (not list) the following elements:
