Assignment 5-Meal Planning

Using the knowledge and skills, which you have learned do the following.
1. Develop one week menu for an adult.. This will be for supper (evening meal). This is for 5 days work days. Monday to Friday ( Point value 20. 4 of the 35 points are for the vegetarian supper)

2. Make one of the suppers (evening meals) a vegetarian meal. ( 4 points of the 20 points for supper)

3. Breakfast and Lunch List - List healthy breakfast foods that will be available for them to eat for breakfast. ( Point value 10 points )
