What are the relevant performance measures (

Question I am attaching a case reading with some questions related to that case that I need to answer.

The questions are this:



-What are the relevant performance measures (flow time, throughput, inventory)for the current process. Show details of ALL your calculations in an appendix.

-From management’s perspective, what are the current problems with the existing process? What performance measures would Leitch like to improve?

-Analyze all relevant managerial levers available to Leitch that could be used to achieve the desired process improvements. Indicate any assumptions you make about data not included in the case. Include in your analysis the magnitude of impact any managerial lever may have on the customer’s experience. Where possible, support your analysis with data, including all details of your calculations in the appendix.

-Based on your analysis, what recommendations would you make to Dr. Leitch. You may consider the introduction of information technology, where it can be justified
