Independently identify and prioritize factors to construct an IFE Matrix for McDonald’s Corporation using the information provided in the Cohesion Case on pages 27-36. (Assurance of Learning Exercise 4B, Steps 1 - 3, page 128). You will need further information to develop this matrix. 

Independently develop a SWOT matrix for McDonald’s Corporation using the information found in the Cohesion Case on pages 27 – 28 and materials developed in the text readings (Assurance of Learning Exercise 6A, Steps 1 - 4, page 205).

Individually develop a SPACE Matrix for McDonald’s Corporation using the information found in the Cohesion Case on pages 27-36, and materials developed in the text readings. (Assurance of Learning Exercise 6B, Steps 1 - 3, page 205). Your matrix should be formatted like the example in Table 6-3 on page 184. 

Complete an IFE, EFE, SPACE and SWOT matrices for McDonald’s Corporation as part of a strategic assessment report. The IFE, EFE, SPACE and SWOT matrices completed in earlier seminars will be revised based on discussion board feedback and integrated into the strategic assessment report. The information in these matrices will be used to develop an assessment of the company’s strategic position in the market place. The report will also include an introduction and summary of how this information can be utilized in the strategic planning process. The report should be 5 – 6 pages in length (not including the matrices, and should be placed in an appendix of the paper) and use APA format
