In the Siroka case involving the personality test that had questions relating to religion and sexual orientation, the company claimed that it had evidence of the test’s validity for hiring store security officers. Specifically, the company had given the test to eighteen of its most successful store security officers, and they had done well on it. Comment on the adequacy of this “validation study.”
