Develop a business plan (6-8 pages). The plan may be for a health care facility, program, or service. Use articles and websites pertaining to developing business plans. Plan elements must include the following: Brief description of the project History and/or rationale (including industry trend data as appropriate) Market analysis (including competition) Goals and outcomes (relationship to strategic focus) Structure (including alliances, contractual relationships, etc.) Financial data overview (projections, break-even analysis, etc.) Personnel/staffing (including provider relationships as appropriate) Implementation schedule Evaluation criteria and/or monitoring plan Prepare according to APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide located in the Student Success Center. An abstract and appendix is required
