TOPIC – It is becoming harder to fire an employee for poor performance on the job without being
worrying about being sued.
FORMAT –The paper should be double-spaced, Times New Roman12-point font, with one inch
margins at the top, bottom, left, and right of each page. From a content standpoint, all that is required
for this course is a title page, abstract, the body of the paper (8-10 pages), and references page(s).
