Learning Team
Your manager tells you about a new department the company will be adding that is part of the company’s strategic plan to enter a particular market segment. Your manager would like you to manage one of the teams in this new department. Your manager has put together the team you will be managing. Your new team consists of the members of your current Learning Team. Write a paper of 500+ words in which you explain how you plan to successfully lead your team.
•Evaluate the individuals, including yourself, based on the Jungarian personality assessment results.
•Note each team members personality results and what role they would be well-suited for in your team. (for example: who should lead, who should do the administrative work, who would be good at accounting, marketing, etc?)
•Determine leadership approaches that you may need to tailor for each person or note if the same leadership approach would work for all your team members. Explain why each approach was chosen for each member.
