In what ways have gender difference and gender inequality been socially constructed, scientifically quantifiable, and/or institutionally justified, and to what end?

Paper instructions:
For each of the first four issues, you will complete a short essay that answers a question about that issue, using the sources and lecture materials that we have covered in class. You should not use outside materials for this paper. Sources should be cited using Chicago style, and the paper should include a Bibliography. Each paper should be a minimum of 1300 words, or about 4 pages.
