I posted a question I'd like for you to look at for a probable quick reply. I need the nomenclature/naming for the simple cycloalkane Bromide branch. I think the answer is similar, but I'm getting people with different answers: some write below but I've been told that is wrong as the Cyclo is probably 1, not 6 and the direction of counting may be different depending not the Carbons in the Cyclo vs. the chain.

A. 2-Bromo-4-Methyl-6-Cyclopentylhexane

B. 2-Bromo-4-Methyl-6-Cyclohexylhexane

C. 2-Bromo-4-Methyl-6-Cycloheptylhexane

Other Requirements: This is just some basic naming/nomenclature that has a little bit of a mix with a Bromide chain attached to a cycloalkane and one Methyl in the middle of the single/branch chain.
