Every business develops a long term business strategy in order to achieve its company goals and must be prepared to adjust the strategic plan in light of a changing environment. Using Netflix as our example, tell us about a strategic change that it has implemented in its business strategy. Tell us why they implemented the change, and what have been the results of that strategic change.
