Part 1: Identify your primary and backup personal creative problem-solving style to include a limiting style
Part 2: Impact on functions of management
Part 3: Genesis of personal styles
Part 4: Conclusion and reflection

Include a set of propositions/hypotheses that might be worth pursuing in the future. 

After assessing your creative problem-solving style, develop a creative technique or strategy of leadership which would address the issue of managing and motivating employees with limited creative problem-solving skills and training for hire within your organization.
Support your paper with five (5) scholarly sources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
