Convergent learningis where a person will unitizeproblem-solving, learning the facts and follow instruction. Just because a person may know the facts regarding a problem it doesn’t mean that they will beable to apply that knowledge oruse that knowledge to be able to solve the problem. Divergent thinking utilizes differentoutcomes when trying to solve a problem and figuringout which one best fits the problem. For my training, I would make sure that everyone is following and learning at the same pace if someone isn’tfollowing as they should I will adjust the teaching technique to that person’s learning style.
