Climate change has greatly affected tourism industry either positively or negatively, however the negative impact surpasses the negative impacts. As a result of the continuous climate change various institutions and organizations have been established to work on the possible solutions to climate change and sustainability. This paper therefore purposes to review critically the relationship between the climate change and tourism. It also discusses various examples of the global organizations that have been established to conduct research on climate change solutions. Also it analyses the initiatives taken by the tourism industry for climate change. The paper will use Switzerland as a case study
