the quality audit

1. Review the rubric by selecting View Rubric.
2. In a Word document, write a paper. In your paper:
   1. Provide an appropriate explanation of the concept for the module topic, Quality Auditing.
   2. Describe a situation in which it would be desirable to conduct a quality audit:
      1. Relay the information learned in your own words and include required in-text citations for summary/paraphrased material. For these short papers, there should be no quoted material, no quoted material allowed. The paper section on personal experience will be in first person, formal writing (no slang) with the sections on the module topic/concept written in APA format.
   3. Develop a checklist you would use to conduct such an audit.
   4. Include a minimum of three peer-reviewed sources (scholarly research or professional journal articles) and other reliable sources (i.e., professional journals) that are no more than five years old must be used in addition to lecture/readings.  Remember, our librarian can assist you if you have issues locating appropriate sources. If you have a question about the resource, please email your instructor.
   5. Include a title page, abstract and reference page. Average papers range from five to seven pages NOT including the title page, abstract page or reference section.  Remember, I am looking for quality not necessarily a page count.
3. Use the following formatting guidelines:
   1. APA 7th edition (Student Title Page format).
   2. Use Microsoft Word.
   3. Double spaced.
   4. 1 inch margins.
   5. Times New Roman 12 point font.
   6. Check Page Layout to be sure “spacing before” and “spacing after” are set to 0 points.
   7. Page length does not include title page, abstract or reference page.
4. Submit your assignment. To do this:
   1. Save your document as LastName_FirstName_M4Assignment.docx.
   2. Select the assignment link above.
   3. Select the “Browse My Computer” button.
   4. Select the Word document.
   5. Select the “Open” button.
   6. Select the “Submit” button.
