   1. Select the organizational profile PDF (business/non-profit/government, health, education) for your field and save the document.
   2. You are not going to formally submit the profile to Baldrige, but you will be writing an organizational profile for our assignment.
3. In a three page Word document, write an organizational profile using your downloaded document.
4. Format:
   1. APA Style
   2. Title Page
   3. Reference Page
5. Submit your assignment. To do this:
   1. Save your document as LastName_FirstName_Paper2.docx.
   2. Select the assignment link above.
   3. Select the “Browse My Computer” button.
   4. Select the Word document.
   5. Select the “Open” button.
   6. Select the “Submit” button.
